Question: What is the height from the floor?

Answer: The step can be adjusted to either 4 or 6 inches. It has a 2 in. removal-able bottom part that allows this. This is a very sturdy product, we have found it to be quite useful to enable a 92 year old woman who weights 193 lbs. to climb in and out of our Dodge Caravan. I was using it for a weight lifting DVD and not stepping. I am tall as well. I threw this one away and my husband just made me a step I can lay down on for my weight lifting.
